PROJECT-BASED SOLUTION
Client: Fortune 100 client focused on the US housing and mortgage market
Challenge: Our client had a large curriculum development initiative that they did not have the experience or internal staff to handle. They needed to create new hire curriculum from scratch (e.g. defining job roles, titles, etc.), but first they had to do a needs analysis to determine exactly what was needed.
Solution: Through our Project-based Solution line, we assembled a highly qualified group of Instructional Designers, Curriculum Developers, and Project Managers with financial services experience and allowed them to meet the demands of their hiring initiative head on. The team did their initial needs analysis and then created the curriculum within our client’s specific timeframe allowing them to accomplish their hiring goals.
PROJECT-BASED SOLUTION
Client: Global 500 client focused on the telecom market
Challenge: Our client came to us to upgrade their current legacy system. They also needed to do an assessment on which ERP system would be the best for their needs and upon completing that, needed to do the blueprinting and implementation of that system.
Solution: We assembled a team by using our Project-based Solution line with less than a week of lead time that could provide the outside support that they needed from beginning to end. This allowed our client to upgrade their tracking and billing capabilities and allows them to continue to evolve as their business evolves to this day.
RETAINER-BASED STAFFING SOLUTION
Client: Leading Technology Reseller
Challenge: Our client had two dilemmas and wanted to solve them in the most cost effective way possible. They needed to hire for management level needs at their corporate location as well as technical openings that were onsite at their client’s location. Since this client had no need for an internal recruiting department, they turned to us, exclusively, as a Partner.
Solution: We suggested to our client that they take advantage of our Retainer-based Staffing Solution which allowed them to pay one set amount each month for the placement of up to five hires. We filled five openings in a four week time frame for this account; three of the placements were internal needs for our client and two of the placements were located at their client’s location. Not only were we able to offer our client the solutions that they needed, but we did it in a very short time frame and within their budget.
CONTRACT-BASED SOLUTION & DIRECT-HIRE BASED SOLUTION
Client: Start-up Mortgage Servicing Firm
Challenge: Our client came to us to completely replace their Accounting and Finance Management Team. Their need was immediate and the search was very specific to both industry experience and location. We had very little time to identify the specific talent that our client required because they needed to hire in a 1-2 day window.
Solution: We told our client that the best solution for their need, due to the immediate timeframe, would be to install an interim team through our Contract-based Solution line so that the workflow would continue. Once the CFO was able to have the interim team in place, he was then able to take his time to hire ideal long-term employees by taking advantage of our Direct-hire Solution line. Through this model, we allowed our client to seamlessly replace the team by using a combination of solution offerings while feeling none of the stress that could have been involved in this transition.
CONTRACT-BASED SOLUTION
Client: Web-based Travel Company
Challenge: Our client needed to complete a development project, but did not have the need to hire a full-time employee for this role because once the project was finished, the position would go away.
Solution: We applied our Contract-based Solution to our client for this need. We were able to help our client locate and hire the right person for this contract in less than a week. Once the project was completed, the contractor was transitioned onto another project for a different company and our client was able to go on to the next stage of the project without having to hire the resource on permanently and at a fraction of the cost.
