- Existing Database: We have a very robust internal database that houses tens of thousands of professionals of all levels that are based in the US.
- Current Bench: We currently have dedicated Professional Consultants that are working on engagements all over the country and depending on your specific needs, we are able to tap into those resources at any time (*based on current project requirements of Consultants and Clients).
- Proactive Search: We don’t wait for Consultants to reach out to us; we are constantly seeking out and building relationships with Consultants of all levels and skill-sets so that no matter what your need, we can ensure your project is running on time and you have the bandwidth and expertise that you need.
- Referral Network: We have built up a strong referral network through word of mouth and social media (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn) as well as from our current Clients and Consultants.
- User Groups / Associations: We are involved in a number of industry-specific user groups and associations so that we can continue to stay abreast of the newest changes in today’s technology as well as new projects that are on the forefront. This also allows us to network with industry experts all over the country.
- Internet Sourcing: We do not post ads for the consulting engagements that we are working on. As a final resource, though, we do rely on internet job posting sites to help us increase our candidate reach, when applicable.
